2006	Synthetech Acquires Peptide Resin Technology from Colorado Biotech and enters the SPPS resin arena as the sole large scale US manufacturer.
2004	Roche Designates Synthetech as 2003 Raw Materials Vendor of the Year

2003	In March 2003, the Company completed the remodel of its 1,300 square foot Quality Control Department. In April 2003, Synthetech achieved recognition from Oregon OSHA Safety and Health Recognition Program (SHARP). The prestigious SHARP award recognizes those employers in Oregon who have achieved an exemplary level of occupational safety and health management.
2002	In July 2002, Synthetech purchased and added improvements to an office and warehouse facility adjacent to its production facilities. The new building contains 1,700 square feet of office space and approximately 3,000 square feet of warehouse space.
2001	Fiscal 2001 saw the addition and upgrades of equipment in the existing plant and completion of the second phase of the new plant expansion.  The R&D expansion and remodel was completed in April 2001 and the on-site wastewater treatment facility came on-line in September 2001.
1999	Revenues exceed $20 million in Fiscal 1999 ended March 31, 1999. 10th consecutive year of profitable operations. Phase II of plant expansion in progress.
1998	First commercial multi-ton orders for approved drugs. First Phase of new large-scale facility in operation.
1997	Tenth year of manufacturing operation Completed Phase I of new large-scale facility. Revenues exceed $10 million in FY 1997 ended March 31, 1997. Ranked among "200 Hot Growth Companies" by Business Week magazine. Ranked among "Oregon Technology Fast 50" sponsored by Oregon Business magazine, Deloitte & Touche LLP, Pacific Crest Securities, and Tonkon Torp Galen Marmaduke & Booth.
1996	Began plant expansion.  Stock moved to National Market System from Nasdaq's Small-Cap listings. Ranked among "200 Best Small Companies" by Forbes magazine and the "100 Hottest Small Companies" by Financial World magazine. Oregon Technology Company of the Year Award- Cascade Pacific Council.
