Manufacturing Capabilities
Synthetech's large-scale modern manufacturing facility has been designed and built to meet the challenges of producing a mix of high-quality products at varying scales on tight time lines. We have access to a wide range of reactor sizes and auxillary equipment including filters, centrifuges, dryers and packaging facilities. A single-fluid heating and cooling system adds to the flexibility and efficiency of the facility.
Around-the-clock manufacturing operations are supported by Synthetech's Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Research & Development groups. Matching strengths in our kilo lab and pilot plant allows Synthetech to cost-effectively partner with our customers from early clinical development to market.

Flexible Capacity
Synthetech operates a wide variety of multi-purpose glass-lined and stainless steel reactors capable of handling a range of chemistry from hydrogenation to air- and moisture-sensitive Grignard reactions at kilo to metric ton scale.
