Grams to Tons Manufacturing
The albany facility has integrated grams-to-tons production capabilities. This broad manufacturing range emphasizes our commitment to customers as a long-term player from early phases of development through commercialization. We recently expanded our manufacturing facility with two additional 2000-gallon reactors and one 4000- gallon reactor, resulting in total manufacturing capacity of 20,000 gallons (80m3).
Low Temperature Chemistry
Cryogenic chemistry offers an effective means of controlling temperature to improve enantio-, chemo-, and regio-selectivities. We specializes in low temperature (-80°C) and safe handling of pyrophorics at all scales up to 2,000 gallons (8m3).
High Temperature Distillation
Our custom-designed fractionation equipment manufactures at both lab and plant scales, and iscapable of multi-ton high temperature (350°C+) distillations with 25+ theoretical plates of separation.
Continuous Processing
Continuous processing offers the best approach for safely handling hazardous process chemistries. Added benefits include higher yields and selectivities, batch-to-batch consistency, and low overall cost of manufacture. We are well positioned to offer a fast, scalable and economic solution to manufacture intermediates based on continuous flow technology.
